- Wade Hudson– Secretary email 936-203-0182 Wade Hudson is the brains responsible for managing the equipment deployment for MDH job sites. His career started as Maintenance Mill Wright for a pipe production plant in 1995 through 1997. His responsibilities there gave him a thorough knowledge of the load-bearing capabilities and needs of general pipeline industry equipment. Wade understands how to safely construct foundations for and to assemble, dismantle and overhaul machinery and equipment and to direct workers engaged in such endeavors. In those early career years, Wade mastered all duties involved in overhauling equipment and preventative maintenance. He understands fluid mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics and all of the components involved in these processes, such as valves, cylinders, pumps, and compressors. Millwrights’ duties require working within precise limits and standards of accuracy and the use of logical step-by-step procedures in work; planning, solving problems and decision-making based on quantifiable information.Wade also led Cold Storage Construction – a design & build firm – as Field Superintendent for five years from 1997 through 2002. He also was the Lead Estimator for commercial construction for Cold Storage Construction from 2002 through 2006. With his hard work ethic and proven performance Wade earned the position of President for Cold Storage Construction in 2006 to this present day.Those early career years and his experience at Cold Storage Construction uniquely prepared Wade for his partnership in MDH Services. He is our go-to guy for operations logistics. In his spare time Wade loves bird hunting with his two Labradors. Bob Powers – Vice President of Sales email 936-203-0182 MDH Services’ Vice President of Sales, Bob Powers, is well qualified in the process and service of land pipeline, with 34 years of diverse experience. He is self-motivated, hardworking, reliable and productive; with the proven ability to sell quality work and provide excellent customer service. Bob started his career as a Pipeline welder, Operator, and Equipment Operator for Pipeline Dehydrators, Inc. and Sparks Construction Co.-Houston,Texas in 1978. He moved on to field supervisor, pipeline maintenance work, assisting in equipment design, and management of the fabrication shop for Pipeline Dehydrators, Inc.-Houston,Texas 1981. From 1994 to retirement in April 2012, Bob serves as Fabrication shop manager, assisting with the design and construction of equipment; sales of land pipeline service work in all 50 states; and assisted the estimator in creating work tender that adequately satisfied the scope of work for NOWSCO Well Service purchased Pipeline Dehydrators, Inc.-Houston,Texas. Outside of work, Bob is the President of the Petroleum Institute. He enjoys roping and spending time with his wife of many years and his son. NOWSO Well Service was purchased by BJ Services, Inc. in 1996 BJ Services, Inc. was purchased by Baker Hughes, Inc. in 2010 Qualification Highlights – Extensive field supervision experience in filling and hydro testing pipelines, cleaning and drying pipelines, and chemically cleaning natural gas pipelines for major gas company’s and pipeline contractors. Providing services to non-union and union contractors – Assisted in running of pipeline magna-flux and defamation tools with water and nitrogen equipment – Supervised portable hydrocarbon pumps, on pipelines, for temporary outages until repairs could be made and the line service restored – Managed the fabrication, rehabilitation and maintenance of equipment – Responsible for corporate purchasing of service vehicles and equipment; transfer of equipment stateside and international; and, disbursal of depreciated assets – Assisted in implementation of ISO9001 standard – Managed construction of new 7,500 square foot fabrication shop facility, with wash bays equipped with oil/water separators; and, rehabilitation of existing 10,000 square foot office building, with asbestos remediation – Assisted in the design and construction of stainless steel hydraulic chemical oil flushing pump; umbilical pumping and filtration equipment; portable hydrocarbon heat exchanger; booster compression equipment, ethylene re-commission heater, hydrocarbon compressors and air dehydrator
Cody Kiddy– Field Operation Manager firstname.lastname@example.org 936-203-0182 MDH Services Field Operations Manager, Cody Kiddy, is is proficient with a vast array of pipeline service and drilling equipment. He is reliable and productive with the ability to operate and maintain equipment and to supervise and train personnel on safe operating procedures.Cody worked for BJ Process and Pipeline Services from 1998 to 2000 and again from 2003 through 2004; for Precision Air Drilling Services as Pipeline Superintendent from 2005 to 2007; and for Strike Construction as Testing Supervisor from 2007 to 2008 where he supervised chemical cleaning, fill, hydrotesting, dewatering and drying land based pipelines. He also operated and maintained pumps, compressors, and dryers in the day to day work there. As Contract and Service Supervisor for RDL Energy Services and Baker Hughes, Inc. from 2008 to 2011 Cody continued his midstream experience to on and offshore pipeline projects. In 2011 he re-joined the team at Strike Construction to serve as Testing Supervisor before joining MDH Services, LLC. Outside of work, Cody is loves spending time with his wife of 13 years, his two children, and one grandson. He enjoys hunting, shooting, fishing, and cooking for friends and family. And, of course, he loves his Australian Shepherds.
